Quality and safety
SUPERCIKKI 80 is designed and produced according to Gas directive 2009/142/CE, and following the International Quality System criteria according to the standard of ISO 9001:2008. Every single unit is tested working before shipment.
Clean combustion
The particularity of SUPERCIKKI 80 is the atmospheric gas burner with a special Tecnoclima mixer, provided with a system of incandescence ignition extremely advanced, with flame control by ionization.
The ignition electrode is composed of two insulating elements in silicon nitride, among which there is a tungsten filament connected to them. It performs five switch on attempts before signaling a block of the machine. This evolved and robust technology guarantees ignition of the unit without possibility of error.
Much more reliable
The anti-clogging burner, working with both methane gas and propane gas as well as butane gas, the system of incandescence ignition combined with the flame detector by ionization, the double thermostat and the flow switch with low voltage circuit, suitable for installation in areas with high humidity, guarantee safe and reliable operation in all conditions.
The solid external casing maid of pre-painted galvanized steel or of stainless steel AISI 430 makes SUPERCIKKI 80 strong and reliable over time. The high static pressure fan is driven by an electric motor with cooling fins and hermetic bearings.
Easy maintenance
External casing is easily removable without disconnecting the electrical connections and without intervening on any mechanical component, thus making cleaning and periodic maintenance very simple and safe.
Maximum yield
The direct-fired gas air heater allows a 100% thermal efficiency and does not need a chimney.
Double installation, indoor or outdoor
The degree of protection IP44 of the unit, with all the electrical parts inside and an extra special anti-condensation diverter for the particularly exposed components, this consents SUPERCIKKI 80 to be installed, indifferently inside or outside of the environment to be heated, even in the most extreme weather conditions (rain and fog).
